Normally includes floor plans and elevations, with a site plan and a location plan

Building regulations drawings
Required when building regulations approval is necessary because of construction affecting the any part of the building regulations
Normally includes floor plans (including drainage and build over info), elevations and cross sections, with typical detail drawings (including party wall info) and a specification
Shows the detailed proposed layout
Can be used in conjunction with structural engineers’ drawings to build from
